- Nuts
- Cereals/Roots/Tubers
- Pulses.
- Fruits.
- Milk Products
- Meat Products.
- Eggs
- Artificial Sweeteners
Foods you can eat:
- Vegetables
- Green Leafy Vegetables
- Spices
- Food high in fiber content
